Repeal of the Boil Water Advisory - Mealing Rd. & Country Club Hills Dr. Area

February 19, 2026

Effective: February 19, 2026
The Edgefield County Water and Sewer Authority advises customers in the following
areas that they no longer need to boil their water for at least one (1) full minute before drinking or cooking until further notice.
Mealing Road Area:
• Mealing Rd. (from Springhaven Dr. to Country Club Hills Dr.)
• North Ct.
• Westwood Ct.
• Tracey Dr.
• Sheppard Dr.
Country Club Hills Area:
• Country Club Hills Dr. (from Gregory Lake Rd. to Fox Creek Dr.)
• Bramble Rd.
• Dana Dr.
• Dogwood Glen Ct.
After an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected  and analyzed by the Authority. The results of this sampling indicated that the system is safe to use for drinking and cooking.
