BOIL WATER ADVISORY - W.MARTINTOWN RD NEAR BRIGGS RD & WOODLAWN RD

Effective: May 19, 2026
The Edgefield County Water and Sewer Authority advises customers in the following
areas to vigorously boil their water for at least one (1) full minute before drinking or
cooking until further notice.
W. Martintown Road near Briggs Road & Woodlawn Road including:
• Memory Lane
• Cannon Mill Drive
• Cannon Mill Court
• Amazing Grace Court
• Summerlake Drive
• Woodlawn Road
• Briggs Road
• Van Road
• Roper Ranch Trail
• Briggs Haven Circle
This advisory remains in effect until customers are otherwise notified by the Authority.
The Edgefield County Water and Sewer Authority experienced a main line water leak
that caused an interruption of service and/or loss of pressure. It typically takes 24 hours
for flushing and testing to be complete. This is strictly a precautionary measure. You will
be notified once the repeal is issued.
